1.OrderProcessing&Dispatcl

Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days(Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is confirmed.

Dispatch: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation emailwith tracking information.

2.Delivery Time & Areas

Estimated Delivery: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive at yourprovided address.

Service Area: We provide shipping to all regions across the Philippines. Please note thatdelivery times to some remote islands or areas may be slightly longer.

COD Service Area: Our Cash on Delivery (coD) service is available for most areas. For a list ofspecific barangays or locations where COD is currently unavailable, please refer to our [PaymentOptions] page.

3.Order Tracking

You can track the real-time status of your shipment in two ways:

Use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Attempts: Qur courier partner will typically make 1-2 delivery attempts. if unsuccessfuthe package may be held at a local pick-up point. Please follow the instructions on the trackingnotice.
