Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from shoesmagic. Please read ourpolicy carefully to understand your options and the process for returns.
Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: You may return an item within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in the exact samecondition as you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Non-Returnable ltems:
ltems requested for return after 30 days from delivery.
Any item that has been worn or shows signs of use.
ltems not in their original condition.
Return Process (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Request Authorization & AddressContact our customer service team to initiate a return and obtain the official return authorizationand the designated warehouse address. Do not ship the item back without this authorization.
Step 2: Ship the ltem
Approved Carrier: We only accept returns shipped via J&T Express. Returns sent through anyother carrier will not be accepted.
Shipping Responsibility & Costs: You are fully responsible for the return shipping costs. Pleasecontact your local J&T branch to confirm the shipping fee and arrange the shipment.
Provide Tracking: After shipping, you must provide us with the J&T tracking number. We cannotprocess your refund without it.
Step 3:Inspection & Refund
Once we receive your return package, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets oureligibility conditions. lf approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your accountafter approval.
Deductions: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3.Exchanges
lf you need a different size, the process is treated as a return followed by a new purchase.
- You must follow the standard return process above and bear the return shipping cost.
- Once the return is received and approved, you will be issued a refund.
- You may then place a new order for the correct size, which will require payment for the new itemand its associated shipping fee.
4.lmportant Terms & Disclaimer
Pre-Refund inspection: in all cases, a refund will only be issued after we have received thereturned product and completed our quality inspection.
Loss in Transit: We are not liable for return packages that are lost, detained, or fail to reach ourwarehouse. lt is your responsibility to ensure the package is properly shipped and tracked usingthe provided J&T tracking number.
Pre-Purchase Verification: We strongly advise you to double-check your product selection andsize before ordering. To assist you, we provide Quality Control (QC) photos before shipment.Please review these photos carefully to minimize the need for returns.
